1.What is Energy For this topic we need to begin whit- what the energy is? the Scientists define energy as the ability
to do work. I think the Energy is everything that we eat, consume, or use.
For example People use energy to walk and bicycle, to move cars, boats, to cook food, to make ice in freezers, to
light our homes and offices, to make products, and to send astronauts into space.
2.Kind of Energy
Many forms of energy exist, but they have two general categories of energy for doing work:
Potential energy
Potential energy is stored energy and the energy of position. We can see a
Gravitational energy is energy stored in an object's height. The higher and heavier the object, the more gravitational
energy is stored.
Kinetic energy
Kinetic energy is the motion of waves, electrons, atoms, molecules, substances, and objects.
Radiant energy is electromagnetic energy that travels in transverse waves. Radiant energy includes visible light, x-
rays, gamma rays, and radio waves.
Electrical energy is delivered by tiny charged particles called electrons, typically moving through a wire.
Thermal energy, or heat, is the energy that comes from the movement of atoms and molecules in a substance. Heat
increases when these particles move faster. Geothermal energy is the thermal energy in the earth.
Motion energy is energy stored in moving objects. The faster they move, the more energy is stored
For example, the food you eat contains chemical energy, and your body stores this energy until you use it as kinetic
energy during work or play.
The stored chemical energy in coal or natural gas and the kinetic energy of water flowing in rivers can be converted
to electrical energy, which can be converted to light and heat.
3. Source of Energy
Energy sources are renewable or nonrenewable
There are many different sources of energy, but they have two categories:
Renewable and nonrenewable energy sources can be used as primary energy sources to produce useful energy such
as heat, or they can be used to produce secondary energy sources such as electricity and hydrogen.
Most of the products consumed are made from crude oil, can also be made from natural gas and coal.
Nuclear energy is produced from uranium, a nonrenewable energy source whose atoms are to create heat and,
eventually, electricity. Scientists think uranium was created billions of years ago when stars formed.
I think the solar energy is the best renewable energy source, and the most important is peru have a solar
plant.Yes, I’m really surprised to know ,That´s incredible.
Enel Peru developed solar plant. It is located in the department of Moquegua, where there are high levels
of solar radiation. Its solar panels receive the radiant rays of the sun during the day, this produces enougt
energy for the people in this place
I think the Moquegua citizens may have migrated, because the solar plant have needed approximately 400
acres from de the desert
I really hope that By 2050, Enel will have been being carbon neutral company, because it will be a success
for everyone in our country.
About the solar plant I have a important thing but I don’t remember what is it. Ok Let me a moment.
I want to tell you the name of the solar plant it is Rubí Solar Plan
