I. Executive Summary
Clothes are things that human need to wear. Although it is not a fundamental
human need, we must nonetheless take care of this. In addition to fabric, there are
garments made of animal skin and other natural materials. This study focuses mostly on
the clothing industry, especially as it relates to clothing for teenagers. The study will
examine company’s strengths and shortcomings as well as potential courses of action
and strategies to maintain and enhance business operations.

Louis Vuitton Malletier commonly known Louis Vuitton is a French luxury


fashion company founded by Mr. Louis Vuitton. It was owned by Mr. Bernard Arnault
and now operates in 50 countries with more than 460 stores worldwide. The business
was started in 1854 and up to the present. The company strongly aim for product
excellence and to represent the most refined qualities of products around the world. To
be creative and innovative.

The purpose of the marketing plan is to (1) ensure that marketing activities are
relevant and timely, (2) to increase its market share, (3) and to improve the company’s
performance.
