I. Executive Summary
Clothes are things that human need to wear. Although it is not a fundamental
human need, we must nonetheless take care of this. In addition to fabric, there are
garments made of animal skin and other natural materials. This study focuses mostly on
the clothing industry, especially as it relates to clothing for teenagers. The study will
examine company’s strengths and shortcomings as well as potential courses of action
and strategies to maintain and enhance business operations.
The purpose of the marketing plan is to (1) ensure that marketing activities are
relevant and timely, (2) to increase its market share, (3) and to improve the company’s
performance.
