I have the honor to signify my intentions to conduct One-day school activities on
School-Based ARPAN Festival of talents on December 1, 2021 at Tongcopan Primary
School, Pantao Ragat, Lanao del Norte. The said activities would be Vocal Solo, On the Spot
Poster Making for Grade IV Learners only. The Activities will handle the undersigned
teacher as School Reading Coordinator of Tongcopan Primary School.

This program aims:

1. Provide an avenue for learners to showcase their talents and skills through a friendly
competition;
2. Assess learners’ awareness on population development in relation to the current
situation;
3. Select the best performers among the participants for the next level of competition

I. Identifying Information

Project Title: School-Based ARPAN Festival of Talents

Target Dates: December 1, 2021
II. Rationale/Description:
In line with the Conduct of School-Based ARPAN Festival of talents, the said
activities are to showcase the talents and skills of every Grade IV ARPAN pupils in different
fields and Strengthen the Artistic skills of the learners.
The Tongcopan Primary School implements the School-Based Based Face-to-Face
Skills Competition by employing its activities and training to all pupils and teachers at
Tongcopan Primary School.

III. Participants
Tongcopan Primary School Teachers and Grade IV Pupils

IV. Objectives
At the end of the of training the participants are able to:
1. Provide an avenue for learners to showcase their talents and skills through a friendly
competition;
2. Assess learners’ awareness on population development in relation to the current
situation;
3. Select the best performers among the participants for the next level of competition
