Management and Customer Servicing. Currently I am positioned as a Vendor Management
Associate – Appario Retail Pvt Ltd. Managing E- Commerce Operations, co-owing Business,
Revenue & Profit for a certain set of brands & categories.
As a Vendor Management Associate, I Co-own the P&L, develop the business model,
understand where opportunities are and create a viable business plan to service them through
sales and marketing, inventory planning, stock allocation, tracking account receivables, order
processing and maintaining a strong cash conversion cycle at a brand level while working in
categories like, Personal Computing (PC) and Office Products (OP), as an authorized reseller
with some of the top brands in India, Dell, HP, Strontium, Transcend, Toshiba and Kingston,
Synology, Lenovo, Lexar, Factor Notes, Doodle are to name a few.
The success of my job depends on excellent interpersonal working skills, combined with good

➢ Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the highest standard
of customer service.
➢ Onboarded Gated & Non-Gated Brands like Factor Notes, Doodle, Bambalio, Deli, HP, Strontium,
Transcend, Toshiba, Kingston, Synology, Lenovo, Lexar etc and managing profitable growth for
them.

contact through to signed contracts and implementing the agreements.
➢ Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy
for unproductive inventory.

➢ Develop and maintain excellent partner relationship with our brand partners, like Factor Notes,
Doodle, Bambalio, Deli, HP, Strontium, Transcend, Toshiba, Kingston, Synology, Lenovo, Lexar
etc
➢ Develop deep and long-standing relationship with the vendors – to drive relationships from the strategic
to the tactical.
➢ Work closely with the marketplaces, product development, advertising supply chain and
transportation teams to align all efforts and deliver results.
➢ Working closely on input metrics such as GV Share, Selection, ROOS, Price
competiveness etc.
➢ Drive working capital management and inventory, effectively manage Cash Conversion Cycle.
➢ Develop and manage a purchase strategy with the brands to ensure best selection along
with the optimal cost and service.
➢ Engage with key brands in focus industry segments to enable and drive a consistent buying behavior
on marketplaces measured by their frequency, volume and value of purchases.
