FINANCIAL PLANNING AND CONTROL

General Directions: Perform the task as instructed through the provided procedures. You are
expected to produce a scholarly paper which strictly conserve the standards of a MAED
candidate.

1. Seek permission from your school head or school principal. (For those who are not in the
field of teaching, you may collaborate with your classmates for your output)
2. Assess and evaluate the existing School Improvement Plan (SIP) of your school. Write a
3 – page analysis based on the following constructs:
a. Access
b. Quality and Relevance
c. Management and Operations
3. Give an emphasis on the reasons on “what and why” specific areas are being
considered as the least and most prioritized by the School Improvement Plan
Committee.
4. Point out the strengths and weaknesses of the programs implemented. Make sure to lay
down the possible reasons making it as a weak program.
5. As a conclusion, stress out on what you can do to improve the SIP of your school if
becoming a school leader in the future.
