Activity 01 : Some Morally Difficult Situations in Marketing

You are interviewing a capable woman applicant for a job as a salesperson.

She is better qualified than the men just interviewed. Nevertheless, you know
that some of your important customers prefer dealing with men, and you will
lose some sales if you hire her. What do you do?

I will still hire capable woman than men, even my important customer
prefer dealing with men. I will find more customer that can see
potentials and can see woman as powerful as men or even more. As a
woman, I know and believe that a woman can do anything that a man
can do and we are more creative and powerful than a man is. Believing
in this phrase is like living in 1980s where they believe that a man is
powerful and man are the only who should study and work.
