Before operate online lock, hotel need make sure gateway IP LAN is same as
client computer LAN.
Step 1.Check client computer LAN and make sure Gateway IP is in same LAN of
client computer.
Suppose client computer LAN is 10.10.10.see below.
Suppose hotel has 10 rooms, client need swipe this Network card to all 10 rooms
within 120S,If hotel only want test 5 rooms first,he should swipe this Network
Card to these 5pcs locks within 120S.
Step 6.After 120S,if Network add success when click “List”,lock system interface
will update the status and remind 101 online:True
Step 7.Now go to Lock Management—You can see there has room in the list.It
means these rooms are added to network success.
After finished below steps, now hotel sever can online support below functions:
Note:If hotel want cancel lock network,please swipe the same Network Card to
lock,and after 90S this lock Network Status will change to empty,then hotel can
setup lock again.
Note:If block room,guest card can not open this door,but staff card like master
card etc can open.
B Step.Find 101 Guest card Double click 101 item—Will come to C step photo
C Step.Room card change success.Now client can swipe card for 104 room open.
How to Extension room? Suppose Lily check in for 104 room from 2018.9.14 at
8:00am to 2018.9.14 at 14:00pm,now hotel sever extension her stay to
2018.9.15 at 12:00pm
How to Read time? Server can read assigned room or read all rooms.
How to Update time?
When lock time is different with computer time,hotel sever can update assigned
lock or all rooms time directly via Zigbee Lock Emergency Block item.
VIP check in: This is for VIP customer, when customer check out he can takes his
card leave. And next time if this customer wants check in again,hotel sever can
online issue a empty room for guest.
Suppose Ellen is the VIP customer, she stays at hotel from 2018.9.14 for 101
room,and check out at 2018.9.15.After 2 days she check in again.
C.Vip card for Ellen issued success—Hotel reception give this card to customer
Hotel Reception can go go to system main interface check which rooms are
occupied.(Green icon means rooms are occupied)
E.Client check out at 2018.9.15,and take card directly.
Hotel Server click 101 room—VIP Check out—System will remind check out
success—101 room become empty.
F.VIP client check in at 2018.9.17 bring together with his VIP card.
Suppose 104 room is empty and hotel sever online active client VIP card:
Go to Zigbee lock—Lock Management—Click 104—Vip Check in—Double click
client information--Then system will remind 104 lock received commend—now
client can swipe this card open 104 room.
How to Suspend card?
Suppose client lost 104 room card, hotel sever can suspend card directly then
issue a new room card for customer.
