Orbita Zigbee lock,hotel server can online control below functions:

Before operate online lock, hotel need make sure gateway IP LAN is same as
client computer LAN.

Step 1.Check client computer LAN and make sure Gateway IP is in same LAN of
client computer.
Suppose client computer LAN is 10.10.10.see below.

Now you need set gateway IP to 10.10.11.1-254. (10.10.10 is the LAN,

Gateway LAN should be same as 10.10.10)

Step 2.Change factory default Gateway IP.

(Default IP is 192.168.1.100,Suppose we change gateway IP to 10.10.10.1)
Step 2.1 Go to Google Chrome input 192.168.1.100—Input Password 123456
Step 2.2. Click Network—Interface—LAN—Edit

Step 2.3. Change IP address 192.168.1.100 to 10.10.10.1—Click Save

Note: The last number can support total 254 numbers from 1-254,it means
client can change as what as he want, but it can not be 255,or 256,etc.
Step 3.Add Gateway IP to Lock System
Go to Zigbee lock—Gateway Setup---Add—Input Gateway IP 10.10.10.1—Input
Serial Number—Click Save
Note for Gateway IP:Each Gateway IP address should be different, but the LAN
must be same.
Suppose one hotel bought 5pcs gateway, you can set these 5pcs Gateway IP
address to 10.10.10.1 / 10.10.10.2.ect to 10.10.10.5
Note for Serial Number: This is a name or sticker we give to each gateway.For
factory better control and management lock in case hotel need maintenance.
Step 4.Issue Network Setup to add lock into network.
Put a blank card on Encoder--Go to system Function Card—Click Network
Card—Will hear a DI Sound

Step 5.Go to system Zigbee Lock—Gateway Setup—Add network—Swipe this

Network Card to 101 lock (suppose we test for 101 room)—lock system
interface will remind you wait for 120S click Confirm-- Will hear a long beep

Suppose hotel has 10 rooms, client need swipe this Network card to all 10 rooms
within 120S,If hotel only want test 5 rooms first,he should swipe this Network
Card to these 5pcs locks within 120S.
Step 6.After 120S,if Network add success when click “List”,lock system interface
will update the status and remind 101 online:True

Step 7.Now go to Lock Management—You can see there has room in the list.It
means these rooms are added to network success.
After finished below steps, now hotel sever can online support below functions:

Note:If hotel want cancel lock network,please swipe the same Network Card to
lock,and after 90S this lock Network Status will change to empty,then hotel can
setup lock again.

How to online unlock door?

Go to system Zigbee Lock—Lock Management—Click 101 room—Click
Unlock—Lock Server will send commend then 101 room opens.
How to Online alarm assigned lock?
Go to system Zigbee Lock—Emergency Block—Click 101 room—Click Current
Room—Lock Server will send commend and 101 room will alarm.
Note:If want cancel alarm,hotel can swipe guest card or staff card to 101 room

How to online alarm all rooms?

Go to system Zigbee Lock—Emergency Block—Click 101 room—Click All
Rooms—Lock Server will send comment and all rooms will alarm.
Note:If want cancel alarm,hotel can swipe guest card or staff card to each room
How to Block lock?
Go to system Zigbee Lock—Lock Management—Click 101 room—Click
Block—Lock Server will send commend and update status

Note:If block room,guest card can not open this door,but staff card like master
card etc can open.

How to Release Block status?

How to online change room? Suppose guest Peter already check in for 101 room
and 101 room card is in his hand .Peter’s card number is 425495,now client
want change 101 to 104.
And hotel also setup 104 lock to Network already.Now hotel server change 101
to 104 room:
A Step.Go to system Zigbee lock—Lock Management—Click 104 room—Will
come to B step photo

B Step.Find 101 Guest card Double click 101 item—Will come to C step photo
C Step.Room card change success.Now client can swipe card for 104 room open.

How to Extension room? Suppose Lily check in for 104 room from 2018.9.14 at
8:00am to 2018.9.14 at 14:00pm,now hotel sever extension her stay to
2018.9.15 at 12:00pm

A Step. Go to Zigbee Lock—Lock Management—Click 104—Click Extension.

B Step.Change Extension date and Click 104 room green item—Now client valid
to 12:00pm 2018.9.15

How to Read time? Server can read assigned room or read all rooms.
How to Update time?
When lock time is different with computer time,hotel sever can update assigned
lock or all rooms time directly via Zigbee Lock Emergency Block item.

VIP check in: This is for VIP customer, when customer check out he can takes his
card leave. And next time if this customer wants check in again,hotel sever can
online issue a empty room for guest.
Suppose Ellen is the VIP customer, she stays at hotel from 2018.9.14 for 101
room,and check out at 2018.9.15.After 2 days she check in again.

A step:Put a blank card on Encoder—Go to Zigbee lock—VIP guest card--Add

B.Input Tel.Guest Name,Click Save—Will hear a Di sound from Encoder

C.Vip card for Ellen issued success—Hotel reception give this card to customer

D.Hotel reception go to Zigbee Lock—Lock Management—Click a occupied room

(suppose 101 room)—click VIP Check in—Double click client information—Then
system will remind 101 lock received commend—now client can swipe this card
open 101 room.
Note:If 101 room is occupied, when hotel server click VIP check in,system will
remind 101 occupied.

Hotel Reception can go go to system main interface check which rooms are
occupied.(Green icon means rooms are occupied)
E.Client check out at 2018.9.15,and take card directly.
Hotel Server click 101 room—VIP Check out—System will remind check out
success—101 room become empty.
F.VIP client check in at 2018.9.17 bring together with his VIP card.
Suppose 104 room is empty and hotel sever online active client VIP card:
Go to Zigbee lock—Lock Management—Click 104—Vip Check in—Double click
client information--Then system will remind 104 lock received commend—now
client can swipe this card open 104 room.
How to Suspend card?
Suppose client lost 104 room card, hotel sever can suspend card directly then
issue a new room card for customer.
