1. The arguments have been advanced in this case by the Ld. Counsel representing

the parties. The Ld. Counsel representing the Corporate Debtor has also relied

upon the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the Corporate Debtor on 9th

March, 2022.

2. The Ld. Counsel representing the Operational Creditor states that he has not

received the copy of this supplementary affidavit which is vehemently relied

upon by the Ld. Counsel representing the Corporate Debtor. The copy of the

supplementary affidavit filed on 9th March, 2022 would be supplied to the Ld.

Counsel representing the Operational Creditor during the course of the day by

 way of an email and would file his counter to the said supplementary affidavit

within a period of 10 days with an advance copy to be supplied to the Ld. Counsel

representing the Corporate Debtor.
