Requisitos formales de la documentación
En el ángulo superior izquierdo deberán constar en el siguiente orden:
a) nombre o razón social,
b) nombre comercial, cuando exista,
c) domicilio fiscal.

En el ángulo superior derecho deberán constar en el siguiente orden:

d) número de inscripción en el R.U.C., impreso en caracteres no inferiores a 3 mm
de alto;
e) el tipo de comprobante, impreso en caracteres no inferiores a 3 mm de alto;
f) pre numeración correlativa del comprobante, en caracteres no inferiores a 3 mm
de alto.
