Review the written Powered Industrial

Trucks program included in this
package. Update the grey areas with
4 company information. Do not be afraid
to make changes or additions to make it
more specific to your company.

Select authorized trainers for your

program. These people should have
"the knowledge, training, and
5 experience to train powered industrial
truck operators and evaluate their
competence."

Conduct classroom training with

6 participants.

Conduct "hands on" training using the

Powered Industrial Truck Certification
7
as guidance.

Evaluate the trainees, and sign off

8 successful completion of tasks on their
certification form.
