The chart you see in this picture attached above is for the company named “Goyal
Aluminiums Limited”

With my 8 years of experience with technical analysis and charts, I have studied lots of
companies technically observing their price behavior, price action and candlestick
patterns.

A pattern, which is called “TRAP PATTERN” is being formed on charts of Goyal Aluminiums
here.

With my best knowledge, I have created this PDF today, to explain and share with you;
the reasons behind my strict warning against this stock.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCRIPT, BECAUSE ONCE THE FALL STARTS; YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO GET
OUT.

From current levels, I am seeing at least 75% potential downside, based on just the
reasoning of charts and some past data, history.

I have tried my level best to explain you all with the trap pattern for the stocks and how to
identify them. Hope you all will like it.

THE TRAP PATTERN

Example 1: Vishal Fabrics

The chart below is for “Vishal Fabrics” from back in September 2020.

As you can observe, the stock was moving up as a staircase pattern – moving up 1 to 2% every day.

Such pattern is called as a trap pattern, where the stock moves 1 to 2% or more, every day.

Note that: Consecutive upper circuits don’t qualify as trap patterns.

Volumes are a key too.

Example 2: Steel Exchange of India (STEELXIND)

The chart below is for “Steel Exchange of India” from back in November 2017.

As you can observe, the stock was moving in a similar staircase manner. Once this happens, the
stock goes up with stairs, and comes down with elevator (thereby not giving an exit).

Such pattern is called as a trap pattern, where the stock moves 1 to 2% or more, every day.

Note that: Consecutive upper circuits don’t qualify as trap patterns.

Volumes are a key too.

Dated : 25th July 2022

The chart below is for “GKP Print and Packaging” from back in November 2017.

Now, the thing about spotting the trap pattern is, you don’t know how much the stock will be
pumped, but once the stock is DUMPED ; you won’t get exit and it will crash as much as at least
70-75% from those levels.

Example 4: Gala Global Products Limited

The chart below is for “Gala Global Products Limited” from back in August 2022.

A similar set-up of the staircase / trap pattern was observed here as well. And we all know what was
supposed to happen afterwards. There is the result below.
