Subject: Change of association Bank Account for our financial transactions

Dear Sir,

Receive attached to this correspondence a copy of the association new account with Banque
Atlantique.

Due to various challenges faced with our account in SCB causing a disruption in the flow of our
activities thus a lack of efficiency; an extraordinary meeting was carried out at the office of the
association on the 21st day of December 2020 to deliberate on possible solution to this challenge.

After deliberation with various members, it was agreed that the association should open a new
bank account and among the various banks solicited, Banque atlantique was retain as the new
bank for all our financial operations.
