I hope this letter finds you well. As a final requirement for the B.S. Architecture course, we senior
students are required to prepare architectural thesis proposals. Each student will be required to select a
project of particular interest, develop a program, and select a site to serve as a vehicle for architectural
design study. The significant findings of the thesis may only be used as a basis for licensed architects to
make design decisions. The outputs of the thesis are a collection of architectural drawings, but they are
merely a conceptual graphical interpretation of the conducted research and are not intended for
construction. The lot owner acting as the client is not required to provide the student with financial
assistance.

I respectfully request your assistance in supplying me with the following architectural documents.

Photocopies of the following:

1. Survey Lot Plan and Topographic Map

2. Vicinity Map
3. Declaration of Real Property and Lot Description
4. Zoning Certificate
5. Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration
6. Comprehensive Land-Use Plan
7. Pictures of the Site with photo locator
8. other data that may help the student in this academic exercise

I guarantee that the acquired documents will be used exclusively for academic and research
purposes related to my project. I am aware of the significance of preserving and respecting the
