Statement on the extension of Tenancy Agreement between the

Landlord and the Tenant on propery at First Floor, No 19, Jalan

Wangsa Ukay 11, 68000 Ampang, Selangor.
We hereby agree the followings:
1 The Tenancy Agreement shall be extended and the new Tenancy Period shall be
from June 1 2023 to May 31, 2026 for a period of 3 (three) years.
2 The new rent for the extended period shall be increased from RM2550.00 to
RM3050 and shall hold firm for the whole period.
3 The Security and Utilities deposit shall be adjusted accordingly.
4 This statement shall become part of the original Tenancy Agreement signed on May
10 2021 between the Landlord (Loh See Kok & Su Yan Tzy) and the Tenant Kedai Dobi
Layan Diri (201903358333(003061671-T)).
5 Terms and Conditions of the original Tenancy Agreement shall remain unchanged.
