KELLOGGS – INTRODUCTION

Kellogg’s is an American food producer company known for


their famous “Corn Flakes” and other cereals, granolas, and
mueslis. It is one of the most popular breakfast brands all over
the globe
On 19 Feb 1906, William Keith Kellogg founded the battle creak
toast corn flake after the accidental invention of corn flake in
1876 by Keith and his brother. it wasn’t until 1922 the company
officially changed its name to the famous Kellogg’s
Kellogg’s main goal, set in place by founder W.K. Kellogg, is to
promote a world with easy-to-access healthy and tasty food. In
1923, Kellogg was the first food company to bring a dietitian
onto the team, and in 1955 created the first high-protein
breakfast cereal, Special K. Nutrition is a science, so for the
average consumer, it can be difficult to understand which
products are healthy. Kellogg is committed to nutrition
education and literacy. It supports organizations around the
world committed to educating folks on what’s nutritious and
how to find it. In the United States, Kellogg’s partners with the
Produce for Better Health Foundation in creating and promoting
the My Bowl curriculum, which helps “nutrition professionals
help their clients eat breakfast more often, choose a balanced
breakfast, and serve and eat appropriate portion sizes at
breakfast.”
