Proposal on suggesting activities for this year’s end of year event.

Introduction
Providing an end of year activity is an excellent idea to bring students together, as well as
to say goodbye to students that are graduating from college. However it is crucial for the
event to be planned and executed well. The purpose of this proposal is to explain
problems with previous event and enhance the year’s one.

Last year’s event

The event was organized on the school pitch, which turned out to be a great idea. There
were some sport activities for students to take part in, however I noticed students were
more interested in talking with each other rather than participating in them. People were
complaining about the event lacking any food supply, as well as about the fact that taking
photos or videos was prohibited,

Suggestions for this year

- The event could resemble a festival. There should be a poll created for students to vote
on their favorite music artist or band, which would be invited to play on the event. I
suppose that would be more appealing than last year’s sports activities.

- I would recommend ensuring students with some kind of food and drinks source.
Whether it could be a small bar, or food trucks, It would de nitely improve students’
experience.

- Less stringent rules would also make students fell more relaxed and would allow them
to enjoy the activity more, rather than worry about being punished by a teacher.

Conclusion
If these recommendations were to be implemented, students would be much more
delighted by the event.
