Change of Ownership

Now that you have purchased a property with solar panels you will need to fill out the
below and send back to us, along with proof you are the new owners of the property ie.
Solicitor’s letter and a proof of ID. We will then change over the account into your details
and email all relevant documentation.

If the previous owner received FIT payments for the system, then you will need to contact
the FIT supplier separately and let them know you are the new owners. They will then send
out a change of ownership form and will swap the payments to yourselves. These payments
will either be with a company called Good Energy who you can contact on 0800 254 0000 or
they will be with their/your current electricity supplier.
