1. Enumerate the rights of an employee:


According to the Official Gazette of the Philippines, the rights of an employee
are:
• Equal Work Opportunities for all
• Security of Tenure
• Workdays and Work Hours (the employees must be paid their wages
for all hours worked)

• Wage and Wage-Related Benefits
• Payment Wages

2. What are the legal grounds to terminate an employee?


- Article 282 of the Labor Code states that an employer may fire an employee
for reasonable cause, which can include any of the serious misbehavior or
intentional disobedience by an employee of his employer's or representative's
authorized commands in connection with his employment, employee fraud is
a willful breach of the confidence placed in him by his employer or lawfully
authorized representatives, and the employee's commission of a crime or
offense against the person of his employer, any direct member of his family,
or his lawfully authorized representatives.

5. Why are employee referrals an effective means of recruitment?


- Individuals trust suggestions from people they know more than mass
advertising messages, therefore referral systems work. Because they have
firsthand experience with your brand, a client reference is far more powerful
than any broad effort.

- 1. Attract the reader's interest

Interviewers most likely overvalue unstructured interviews due to both of
these major cognitive biases.

typical answer approach? Why or why not?
- The key problems approach is defined as a method of scoring interview
responses in such a way that each component of the question is addressed
such that the scoring key is matched to. The major problems approach has
been found as having a different method of scoring solutions.

9. What psychological principles of impression formation are important to


consider when writing a resume?
- Psychology resume: a resume structure that makes use of psychological
factors relating to memory organization and impression generation.
