PREFACE

It is said that after such a lot of practice, a guy becomes perfect. In Business, theory serves as the
foundation for practice, while practice analyses the amount of truth enclosed in theory. As a result,
keeping a perfect balance is essential for MBA success.

Business management is critical for goal achievement as well as general staff development and
management. As a management student, we must perform multiple methods of reasoning for
practice knowledge and practice training.

I was assigned a study projection “Employees Satisfaction” at VARDHMAN TEXTILES Ltd.

It has not only improved my understanding of diverse fields of HR Department and company
duties toward their wellbeing, but it has also provided me with fresh perspectives on the anxiety

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

LITERATURE REVIEW
Employee surveys are tools that managers use to get feedback on employee satisfaction, morale,
and performance. Surveys are intended to provide a comprehensive picture of how employees feel
about things like workplace conditions, administrative impact, and motivation that regular
communication lines may not be able to supply. In this context, surveys are very well, well-
administered, valid, and result in changes and improvements are deemed effective.

In the 1920s, Employee surveys, also often known as job surveys, were first used in industrial
settings. Between 1944 and 1947, the National Industrial Advisory Board discovered a 250
percent increase in businesses undertaking an attitude poll (within a 3,500 company group). The
increased awareness of employee’s attitudes in measurement tools may be traced back to World
War II research and observation, which sought to gauge morale and replicate high-morale
conditions.
The U.s Army Research Branch, for example, conducted Soldier Surveys, which documented the
views of more that of half a million soldiers on topics ranging from contributes to better to
leadership confidence. Early survey approaches included printed questionnaires, directive
discussions, and unplanned interviews.
Employee surveys are used by 50 - 70 percent of businesses to measure and enhance
organizational health in terms of personnel. This could include highlighting topics such as
EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION, organizational climate, (ROHC), and responsibility.
Federal agencies in the United States are obligated by law to perform an annual survey. Employee
influence is a main purpose for conducting surveys, according to the Office of Personnel
Management, which notes, "This is your opportunity to influence change in Organization scan
conduct surveys themselves, hire a survey provider, or utile sea combination of the two. Over the
years and your agency." Your participation is completely voluntary, and your responses will be
kept private.
