Qualitative research
The qualitative research is an analysis comprise of opinions, concepts, approach
and theories which is expressed through the use of words in expressing the data
collected. It does not convey information numerically.

Quantitative research
The quantitative research specify information collected through the use of
numbers, it solves problem and provide end result numerically. It evaluate result
through the use of graph.

b. Based on the Nature of the Research

Descriptive research
The descriptive research is used to gather accurate information and
appropriate descriptions about a particular situation. It aims of pondering authentic
information to discover new facts about a current situations. It varies many factor,
feature or element used to clarify facts and it does not control or influence the
variables. Facts are gathered through systematic investigation and by providing
questionnaires. It assess many different cases or illustration for thorough analysis.

Analytical Research
The analytical research involves thorough analysis from the collected
accurate data. It assess the reason why certain situation happens and think for the
possible effect. To understand the facts rigorously, analytical research make use of
empirical data to ensure accuracy and integrity of the new data provided.

C. Based on the purpose of study

Applied research
It focuses in a specific field or sector where collected data were being studied
thoroughly to broaden the facts being discovered. Applied research is done by the
expertise in a particular field, it require skillful person that has specific knowledge on
the study conducted to easily assess, understand, verify and explain the facts. It
predict future outcomes on identified variables to easily understand the study.
Applied research ought to solve problem that exist in order to find fine solution.

Fundamental research
It studies essential event that never occurred to discover new principles and
assumptions based on the underlying interest. It is to satisfy curiosity about a
particular thing especially a natural phenomena to widen the knowledge known. In
fundamental research different realm are linked for the goal to discover how universal
event transform and aim to find new possible changes. Simple terms are applied in
the research and results are explained analytically.
