1 Conditions:
a. The salary/ wages of the employees being paid less than the above scale will be revised and adjusted.
b. The workers of denim and woven unit below Supervisor of prod Dept are eligible Tk. 500/ as attendance bonus.
c. Driver's Salary includes Tk. 1,000/- per month as Food Allowance.
2 Candidates of Ser 1 & 2 need min GPA 8.5 and Ser 4 GPA min 7.5 in SSC & HSC. Ser 4 also should be qualified in computer test (Details in the policy letter).
3 The duration and amount of pay rise may vary upon performance (Applicable for Ser no 1 - 7 on KPIs and marks obtained thereof)
4 If experienced candidate, educational qualification and grade may be compromised.
5 This salary structure will be effective forthwith.
