Las Torres is a nature reserve and ecotourism destination that incorporates international
certified conservation practices into an epic adventure experience immersed in the very
center of nature. Las Torres Patagonia works to protect the natural environment and
conserve the local history, cuisine and traditions.
This family run reserve extends for over 10,000 acres, along the Park´s famous trekking
trails; the W Circuit and the big O Circuit. Within the reserve we offer: Hotel Las Torres
– with traditional horse stables & organic regenerative kitchen garden; and, in 5 different
sectors on the trails, we offer Mountain Hostels and fully equipped camping experiences.

location in the Park, a premium stay and authentic Patagonian culture and cuisine.
Hotel Las Torres strikes the balance between adventure and comfort and offers a
variety of excursions and activities, which include the Park´s highlights, the hotel
restaurant & bar, regenerative kitchen garden and traditional Patagonian horse
stables.

Hotel Las Torres offers our All Inclusive guests an exciting variety of free adventure excursions within Torres
del Paine National Park, including walking, trekking, horse riding and other sightseeing tours to enjoy the
best panoramic views of the Park. Our highly qualified guides will share their expert knowledge and give
you an unforgettable experience. We offer full-day and half-day excursions. All details of excursions and
availability can be confirmed at the Hotel.
Boat trips on Grey Lake and River Serrano are not included in the All Inclusive program and if you are interested in
taking them it is important to make reservations ahead of time due to limited spaces.

PUMA ENCOUNTER PROGRAM
As well as the raw, incomparable beauty of Torres del Paine National Park is a natural paradise and wildlife
sanctuary for the puma, the undisputable king of Patagonia. Embark on a unique nature expedition with our
expert puma tracker and guides - a truly thrilling and unforgettable experience tracking the steps of the second
largest feline in the Americas, together with guanacos, foxes, huemul deer and condors in their natural habitat.
We’ll pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas or Calafate
for a scenic trip to the Park. Along the way, if coming from Punta Arenas, you’ll receive an
authentic Patagonian welcome with a traditional smoked lamb barbecue and pisco sour at our

family-owned Cerro Negro Estancia. Once you have arrived at Hotel Las Torres you will be
able to explore our stables or organic garden, dine in our restaurant, enjoy cocktails at the bar

Beginning at sunrise, after a hearty breakfast, your daily Puma tracking will begin on foot or
in a van and will take you exploring the Las Torres Reserve and Torres del Paine National Park.
Our expert tracker will lead you to the best places for exclusive puma sightings, while enjoying

magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, glaciers and Patagonian wildlife. Each day

you will return to the hotel for lunch and then continue your search for pumas during the
afternoon. This program offers an exclusive opportunity to visit unexplored areas of Torres

Depending on your interest, you can continue with the puma tracking experience or take one of

Circuit in a day trip format. You will hike the 3 valleys, visit the main viewpoints and enjoy the

your adventure to the comforts of our hotel, our restaurant´s delicious traditional cuisine and

We’ll pick you up from the airport or your hotel in Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas or Calafate
for a scenic trip to the Park. Along the way, if coming from Punta Arenas, you’ll receive an

The day starts with a slowly ascending hike through the Patagonian pampas
and begins to steepen as you enter the Ascencio Valley, until you reach 8 to 10 hours

Los Vientos Mountain Pass - with its spectacular panoramic views of the
surrounding landscape and lakes.
Day 2 You will continue hiking past the Chileno Sector and through a native lenga

forest before approaching the final stretch of your adventure. This part of
the hike takes about an hour and is over rocky terrain, lined with enormous
boulders. Awaiting at the end is the most awe-inspiring view of the three Elevation Gain:
750m/2,460ft

Francés Valley
The day begins with a refreshing catamaran trip across the turquoise Lake

Pehoé, giving you spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. Once you 20 km / 12mi
reach the other side you will begin a wonderful hike into the Francés Valley.
Day 3 Along the way you will savor in the serenity of the forests and glacial streams
and marvel at the shape and colors of the majestic Los Cuernos Mountains. High Difficulty
The grand finale of this trek is like no other, a lookout with incredible views
of the Francés Glacier and the rest of the Paine Massif. Elevation Gain:
700m/2,300ft
The day begins with a catamaran trip over Lake Pehoé to the start of the hike
along the iceberg scattered shores of Lake Grey. The trail later undulates
8 to 9 hours
between rocky areas and native forests that are home to many species of 11 km / 6mi
birds. Walking along the base of the Park’s tallest mountain, Paine Grande
Day 4 (3,050mt / 10,000ft), the nonstop views of hanging glaciers spilling over the
mountaintop will feel somewhat surreal. Leaving the tree cover, you’ll reach Medium Difficulty
the first lookout over Lake Grey and slowly start seeing more and more
pieces of floating glacier. The larger they get, the smaller you´ll feel. Finally
Elevation Gain:
you will see the breathtaking view of Grey Glacier and all her glory. 200m/650ft
On your last day, before heading out, enjoy a stroll around the hotel grounds, organic garden or

Explore biking trails with challenging climbs and descents, that pass by lagoons, cross rivers
and traverse mountains. There is a wide range of trails to choose from, with different levels of
Day 2 difficulty, that offer a great opportunity to enjoy beautiful landscapes and see the local wildlife,
especially guanacos and birds.
Early in the morning, we take you on a scenic trip to the starting point of the excursion. You
receive your gear and safety instructions from a specialized guide, before slowly launching in to
the current of the Ping River, paddling upriver to reach the Grey Lake Peninsula, where you can

contemplate the immensity of the huge icebergs which fill the lake. Afterwards, you begin a 3 hour
downriver ride including a lunch break. You continue your adventure along the Serrano and Grey
Rivers with spectacular views of the Paine Massif mountain range before returning to the hotel.
The trek up Cerro Paine takes you through a native lenga forest and the Ascencio Valley, until
you reach a lookout with a unique view of the famous Las Torres granite peaks.
Day 4 After lunch at the hotel you will head out for an exciting afternoon of rock-climbing at the
“Puma Cave”, with climbing walls of 3 different difficulty levels. An experience not to be missed
in Torres del Paine National Park.
After so many days with your pulse racing, wake up and take a relaxing stroll around the grounds,
stables or organic garden. Enjoy the feeling of being immersed in the centre of Patagonia, surrounded

A day trip to the Blue Lagoon (Laguna Azul) is the very best way to enjoy an exclusive, romantic
experience in the Park. You will be driven to the lagoon, which is in the most privileged location,
Day 3 with the chance to see guanacos, foxes and condors on the way. Then you will walk along a trial to
arrive at an idylic picnic spot on the shores of the Blue Lagoon, from where you will have the best
views of Las Torres peaks, while sipping on chilled champagne.

We offer a van shuttle service twice a day from Punta Arenas, Puerto Natales and Calafate (once a day during
low season). We will pick you up from your hotel or directly from the airport and take you on a scenic ride to
Hotel Las Torres. The shuttle service is included in our all inclusive programs. The van transport is a shared
service for Las Torres guests but you can also request private transportation for an additional cost.

• Las Torres Park Rangers - our private team work to protect and support the visitors to Las Torres
Reserve and the Park, together with the team from CONAF, the national park adminisitrator.
• Together, we also provide supervision and security for the famous Las Torres trail and lookout, to
ensure that all our visitors enjoy a safe experience.
• We created a Welcome Center, as a place to receive our guests and visitors, offer information and
education about the Park, recomendations and details of our rules and protocols.
• Cultivation of an organic (kitchen) garden using regenerative agriculture practices to produce
more than 4 tons of fresh fruit and vegetables for the restaurant kitchens and bars, together with
14 tons of organic recycled compost during a typical season.
• Waste reduction and recycling program.
