almost all lines of human life, including in the economic field.
When referring to the history of internet development, the economic
sector is a pioneer in the use of the internet after its use for military
needs in the ARPANET (Advanced Research Projects Agency)
project. Currently, the confluence of the internet and digital
technology has brought people to the next level of the industrial
revolution which is known as Revolution 4.0. Revolution 4.0 is
defined by Herman, Mario Pentek and Boris Otto as a collective

➢ Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terjadi pada hampir
semua lini kehidupan manusia, termasuk pada bidang ekonomi. Apabila
merujuk pada sejarah perkembangan internet, sektor ekonomi merupakan
pionir dalam pemanfaatan internet setelah penggunaanya untuk kebutuhan
militer pada proyek ARPANET(Advanced Research Projects Agency).
Saat ini, pertemuan internet dan teknologi digital membawa manusia
menuju level berikutnya dari revolusi industri yang disebut sebagai
