“How to Host Zoom Meeting - Step by Step Guide”

1. SIgn in to Zoom here: https://zoom.us/signin#/login

2. Enter Zoom login info” Enter email first followed by password get all that info -
CLICK HERE (see image BELOW)

3. When you are logged in, first, click on ‘Meetings’ under the Personal tab on
left (see image BELOW)

4. Then select the date that you are hosting, then click on the START button
when it pops up on screen to the RIGHT of the meeting name (see image
ABOVE).
5. A new window will pop up, select, “Open Zoom.us” (see image BELOW)

6. Features - To view Participants, Chat, etc., click on “More” (see image BELOW)

7. To end meeting - click on the RED “End” button

○ then select “End Meeting For All”

8. SIgn OUT from Zoom here (same link as #1 above - see image BELOW):
https://zoom.us/signin#/login
○ Click on profile image (top right corner of screen - see image BELOW)
○ Choose SIGN OUT from the drop down menu.
