CLINICAL INFORMATION
Patient admitted with low back pain.
PA and lateral views of the chest reveal normal heart size. The lungs are
clear of any active process. The posterior gutters are slightly blunted due to
a small amount of fluid and/or thickened pleura. There is some degree of
scoliosis convex to the right.
IMPRESSION
Normal heart and lungs. Slight blunting of both posterior gutters.
