Origins of green spaguetti
Green spaghetti is an unusual and very tasty recipe. It is a type
of Italian pasta made with durum grain flour and water. It has
the shape of a thin long rope, circular section and an
approximate size between 25 and 30 centimeters. It is one of

whose popularity transcends other countries. Afterwards,

PREPARATION
1. The first thing you should do to start preparing
the green pasta recipe is to boil the spaghetti. To
do this, take a pot, heat it with water. Pour a
splash of oil and two medium tablespoons of
powdered chicken consommé.

2. Once the spaghetti is boiled, take them out,


strain them and pass them through cold water
and roast the poblano peppers on the griddle.
3. put the poblano peppers in a plastic bag and
close it so that they sweat and you can remove
the skin more easily.

4. It is time to make the sauce that will give the pasta


its green color. Put the chiles in the blender or
container with a high edge, add the garlic, the cream,
a little consommé to taste to salt the cream and beat it
all.

• Made the sauce, put a frying pan over medium heat with a little butter.
• Pour the poblano sauce to heat and thicken.
