Cancellation Fees
We understand that things happen in busy families but if you do not avail of your child’s appointment, another child loses out on the appointment. Please
cancel your child’s appointment if you cannot attend.

• In the instance of non-attendance on the day without any notification or cancellations with less than 48hours notice, the payment made when booking will be
taken and is non-refundable or transferable.

• In the event of you having to cancel a scheduled appointment on the day due to sudden illness, there will be a minimum charge of €25 which will be deducted
from the payment made on booking the appointment. Whilst this charge will not fully cover the cost of the lost treatment time it will enable us to contribute
towards paying our team and to partly cover our overheads. As a social enterprise providing you with subsidised therapy services, we would appreciate if the
full amount could be paid, where possible, to help us pay our team and cover our overheads
