REGENERATIVE BLOWERS
An Outline of Product
INHA Regenerative Blowers are the ideal solution for
moving large volumes of air, fumes, or gases at lower
pressures.
INHA Regenerative Blower unit largely consists of high
quality TEFC motor, impeller in die-cast aluminum, and
casing in die-cast aluminum or cast iron according to the
models, all parts are manufactured by precision mold
using special materials featuring excellent resistance to
the heat and pressure. In virtue of the simple direct drive
structure, the appearance of the product is neat and it
can fit in a relatively smaller space.
It can be the most cost effective method for producing
pressure or vacuum benefited from low energy
consumption, low maintenance, simple system of valving
and gauges, and delivering a clean oil-free,
non-pulsating airflow.
How It Works
Regenerative Blowers draw air or other gases into the
blower unit by impeller blades passing the inlet port.
As the impeller rotates, air is captured between each
blade on the impeller, and the impeller blades
accelerate the air in both an outward and forward
direction by the centrifugal force.
The air compressed by the casing is delivered to the
stripper section and exhausted out of the blower
through the discharge port.
