I have never been one to like playing sports in the past. In all honesty, I didn't enjoy it,
but the people I shared a house with were constantly extolling its virtues. I made the
decision to visit the gym because of the mounting peer pressure. It wasn't until then
that I could truly comprehend when others claimed that exercise helped one get
organized and maintain one's physical and mental health.
Firstly, it is difficult to take the initial step when you are lethargic, but it is all about
committing to something that will provide you with a lot of positive feedback. When
you start exercising and see favorable results, you begin to like it. It takes a lot of
effort and determination, but it's well worth it. The most important thing to do is to
engage in an activity that you enjoy. If you do, you'll begin to organize your day in
such a way that you can do all you need to, including exercise. According to The New
York Times, exercise might also remodel the brain, for example, by prompting the
creation of new brain cells or inducing changes in brain chemicals, in ways that
contribute to positive emotions. 1You will no longer be a stressed-out individual with
insufficient time to complete all of your activities.
Secondly, it is obvious that once you exercise, you will have a better condition. You
will be healthier in a physical way. It is probable that you will lose weight and your
muscles will get stronger and stronger. Your body will feel good, full of energy and it
will respond immediately to any action you want to do, any activity that has to be done
with high spirits.
Last but not least, why exercise is beneficial is that it has a favorable mental and
psychological impact on you. 2Ihrsa mentioned that Out of 1,158 studies examined,
89% found a statistically significant, positive association between physical activity or
exercise and mental health. Exercising allows you to create particular goals that, when

combined with determination, can be met. When you do this, you become more
conscious of your abilities, accept your flaws, and your self-esteem rises. Any sport
will divert you because it will keep you from thinking about school, friends, or
difficulties, among other things. It allows you to think about yourself and nothing else.
It keeps your mind busy and helps you avoid harmful behaviors like drug use.
Exercising is essential for people of all ages. The benefits of exercise, which I've
already mentioned, form a chain. When you participate in a sport that you enjoy, you
get structured; as a result, you begin doing things correctly 16 and reap great rewards
that make you feel happy as a whole human being. You begin to live a happy life.
