One method that we as students are given the chance to put the theories and calculations that we have

learnt in school to use is through an internship or on-the-job training. By practicing in a real-world work
environment, we can also gain useful knowledge and abilities.

For us students, an OJT or internship program offers opportunities to experience the actual
methodologies of a specific job using the real tools, equipment, and documents. Colleges and
universities require their students to undergo such training within a specific number of hours as part of
the curriculum. In essence, the workplace turns into a growth space where we student trainees can learn
more about our chosen fields and put what we have learned in the classroom into practice. On the other
side, businesses that hire trainees benefit from a successful OJT program. It is also a mutually beneficial
arrangement for both students and companies, or, in other words, a transaction of give and take, as
students will be able to complete those assignments where they have learned from their supervisors
while their supervisors can work on their important tasks to do for the company. As an alternative, OJT
students are a useful resource for the company or institutions, as it can make them ease the job of their
employees.

While training the interns, employers are also teaching their employees to guide the trainees by testing
their patience, developing their teaching abilities, and making them more sensitive to the needs and
mindset of the younger generation. The supervision program also teaches them how to impart
knowledge and be open to inquiries. As a result, the internship also serves as a training ground for the
company's future managers.

As a student, the primary intent of the On the Job-Training is for us students to decide whether our
college courses are appropriate for us in the future and whether we truly want to pursue our chosen
professional path. This type of instruction also improves our well-being both as an individual and within
society; it is a crucial component of our lives that allows us to develop ourselves. You will also gain self-
confidence and self-esteem. Additional values and information can be you will learn important lessons
from people you work with and the situations they go through in their entire lives. This is also beneficial
for us as a student to improve our social skills by making friends with their bosses and meeting new
people at work. You will learn how to adapt to the many and varied attitudes of your coworkers in this
technique of doing day-to-day work with these people. By using these methods, you may quickly
become used to the office system you will be working on once you graduate from college and get
employment.

In this way of making day-to-day work with this people you will also learn how to adjust in the different
and diversified attitude of your workmates. With this means as you graduate from college and when you
find work; it is easy for you to adjust to the system of the office that you will work on in the near future
