Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to enquire about the availability of a conference hall at the India Habitat Centre for a
conclave that we are planning to organize in the coming weeks.
We have been impressed with the facilities and services provided by the India Habitat Centre in the
past, and we would be delighted to hold our event there. We require a spacious and well-equipped
conference hall that can accommodate around 130 participants. We would also need access to
audio-visual equipment, including projectors and screens, as well as internet connectivity.
The conclave is scheduled for the 25th of August and we anticipate that it will last for around 8
hours. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a quote for the conference hall rental,
along with details of any additional services that you can offer, such as catering or technical support.
