12. Study certificate of MBBS / Equivalent course
13. Attempt Certificate MBBS / Equivalent Degree
14. Conduct and Character Certificate from the college in which last studied
15. Transfer Certificate from the college in which last studied
16. Migration Certificate (If applicable)
17. If the candidate passed MBBS from Siddhartha Medical College, Vijayawada, he / she has to
submit study certificate from 6th to Intermediate.
18. Latest Social Status Certificate (Permanent Caste Certificate)
19. Service Certificate in case of In-service candidates as in Annexure-IIIB
20. NRI Sponsorship letter (for C category candidates)
