And help them with the wound care, during wound care given patient with help oxygen. if a
patient need it for stitches, iv line, administering medicine and diagnostic test a X-ray after
ordered by doctor.

5. A patient with case fever, initial care assessment level of consciousness, monitor condition with
monitor vital sign, asses underlying and body temperature. with given compress warm water,
encourage the client to increase fluid intake to maintain hemostatic. Collaborate with doctor.

6. A patient with case Asthma Bronchial, initial care assessment with checking level saturation of
oxygen for to see what that need helping oxygen. assess any history of asthma. Given
bronchodilator with nebulizer after ordered by doctor. Avoid to patient of position supine during
treatment.

7. A Combustion case, initial care help with oxygen and install monitor vital sign during assessment
condition of patient. Given compress cool water to burns and assess level of burns area to
maintain of fluid with iv. Collaborate with doctor for treatment was taken.
