Staying Healthy

About me
I'm Xavi, I'm 16 years old and I live in Granollers a city of Catalonia in Spain.

Well, a think that I love about myself is that I have an excellent memory of past
events that have had happened in my life, I have a wholesome memory for
studies.
I can also have a lot of courage and I'm not afraid of taking decisions, if I have
to take a difficult decision, I am not afraid of their consequences.

I have also an impressive attitude when I am in front of the consequences that


are done by my own actions and if I am wrong, I'm the first one to recognize
my mistake and trying to make up for my mistake.
A good nutrition
I think that a good nutrition is firstly a diet were you have to drink
almost two liters of water and at least three pieces of vegetables and
fruit a day.
I try to maintain a healthy nutrition by firstly drinking almost every day
two liters of water that is almost half a gallon of water, I also try to eat
three pieces of vegetables or fruits every day, I eat them by eating
vegetables on the lunch and dinner and a piece of fruit in the afternoon
Physical Fitness
I think that maintaining yourself fit doesn't mean to be strong and being
able to lift a lot of weight, I think that being fit is just being a little bit in
shape but not a lot, just to have a good health.
I do a little bit of exercise on the gym which I go usually three times a
week to get a little bit in shape, I usually do a little bit of cardio and
then I lift weights to gain a little bit of muscular mass.
Emotional Health
I think that the emotional health is a very important thing because if you
are bad mentally it could affect your health in a very bad way.

I usually deal with my emotional health not a lot of times because I am


an optimistic person but when I'm not in a very good mood I usually go
or to the gym to relax myself or go out with my friends to ty to forget
about the thing that I was thinking about.
Spiritual Health
I think that the main thing of the spiritual health is having a point in
your live and having a goal because if you do not have a goal in your live
it could affect your mental health and health badly.
I have a lot of goals in my mind, so I don't run in the problem of not
having a goal, one of the most important goals that I have is being able
to study in med school in the united states, like this goal I have a lot
more.
As you age
I think that people with my age have to be like me, having a social live
of going with your friends and going to the gym, eating healthy and not
eating too much junk food, having goals in mind to maintain a good
mental health, and I think that this are the main things that people aged
16 have to do for maintaining wellness.
