INTRODUCTION

What then is the role of ethical theories or frameworks in the continuing cultivation of ones capacity for

we have studied is final and complete how then should one make use of them for the development of
her faculty for moral valuation.

THE NATURAL LAW THEORY

Natural law theory is a legal theory that recognizes law and morality as deeply connected if not one and

believe that human laws are define by morality and not by authority figure like a king or a government
therefore we humans are guided by our human nature to figure out what the laws are and to act in
conformity with those laws in philosophy politics and civil law natural law theorist provide an ethical

morality .natural law theory is not in any way connected to the laws of nature which govern physical
biological and chemical reaction. Natural law theory define universal natural laws govern concepts and
morality and justice such are defined as an integral objective part of human made rules laws ordinance

CONCLUSION

The natural law is derived from the belief that human morality comes from nature everything in nature
has purpose including humans our purpose according to natural law theorist is to live a good happy life
therefore actions that work against that purpose that is actions that would prevent a fellow
human .natural law theory define as universal natural laws that govern concepts and morality and
justice such as good and evil and right and wrong natural laws are define integral objective part of
human nature and are not by default human made rule laws, or ordinances .
