MUSHROOM KINGDOM GIFT TAGS

*Kids, ask a grown-up for help with scissors!

Note: If you want to punch a hole in the gift tag and attach it with a ribbon or string, we recommend
using sturdy paper like cardstock. If you want to attach the gift tag with tape, you can use regular paper.
1.) Cut out the tags along the dotted lines.
2.) Fill out the “To” and “From” boxes.
3.) Attach tag to gift with a piece of tape or use a hole punch to make a hole in the tag and run a
ribbon or string through, then tie the tag to a gift.
