The World of Literature

A. What excited you about literature?

For me, literature is like its own universe. A universe of dreams,

lessons and inspiration. The stories are like the planets, each
diverse in its own way with its own history. The glistening
constellations are like pictures. Every picture has a great
meaning, and you could sit for hours staring at one, lost in its
great depth. The poems are like meteoroids, tiny pieces of
literature floating around with no specific destination. The words
are like the sun. Without it, the literature has no meaning. It is
the core of this universe.

B. Why did you choose these lines?

These lines are simple yet a noble thing to say. The four-
thousand-year-old god Apollo, who is the son of Zeus and Leto and
he is the twin brother of the moon goddess Artemis. At the time
of Apollo speaking these lines, he is grieving about the death of
his friend and half-brother Jason Grace who died to protect
them and let them continue their quest. It is extremely true that
one should respect those who die in war. These people should get
proper funerary rites as they have died for a great cause and to
make this world a better place for us to live in.
My name is Aaryan and I from class 7th. Today’ I am going to read a
few lines from my favourite book “The Trials of Apollo, The Tyrants
Tomb’ by Rick Riordan who is also named as ‘The Master of Fiction”.

I BELIEVE IN RETURNING DEAD BODIES. It seems like a simple

courtesy, doesn’t it? A warrior dies, you should do all you can to get
their body back to their people for funerary rights. Maybe I’m old-
fashioned. (I am over four thousand years old.) But I find it rude not
to properly dispose of corpses.
