PROJECT NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, on the _____ of ____________________,

22 this Project Non-Disclosure Agreement,
hereinafter known as the “Agreement”, is between Noble Story Productions Inc., hereinafter known as the
“Production Company”, and __________________________, hereinafter known as the “Actor”, agree to
the following:

I. The Project. All information disclosed about the movie, film, audio play, TV series, web series, or script
titled _________________________,
Project: Long Night hereinafter known as the “Project”, that includes, but is not limited to,
written, electronic, or oral statements made about the Project shall hereafter and forever be deemed
confidential and shall further be known as “Confidential Information”.

II. Ownership Rights. All Confidential Information shall remain under the ownership of the Production
Company with the Actor agreeing not to disclose any information or ideas related to the Project except the
Actor’s agents, licensees, successors, and assigns on a “need to know” basis. The Actor shall be
responsible for any improper disclosure of the Confidential Information by their representatives.

III. No Guarantees. This Agreement in no way guarantees or suggests employment for the Actor or
compensation for time as it relates to the development and evaluation of the Project. Should the Production
Company resolve to employ the Actor, no other contractual instruments may be applied.

IV. Severability. If any provisions under this Agreement shall be held invalid or unenforceable for any
reason, the remaining provisions and statements shall continue to be valis and enforceable.
