Format for Air Travel request - JSW Vijayanagar

Instructions:
1. All fields are mandatory / incomplete form will not be considered for any ticket issuance.
2. Please attach approved eNFA along with the request form (In case eNFA is in process, approval mail or message from the O/O President is required)
3. Air fares are dynamic and keep esclating. Please send ticket request timely, at least 7 days prior to travel date for purchasing tickets at reasonable prices
4. If the travelling person is a Guest or consultant, approval is required from concerned HOD along with copy of PO / WO and approved eNAF
5. If the air ticket prices are steep, Admin Department will offer the traveller to change the date or will book rail / bus ticket at its discretion
6. Please ensure that the request for ticket is with in the budget allotted to your department for current financial year
7. If any non-eligible person (below L-8) is required to travel by air , special approval for the same should be obtained on eNFA
