Ensure that the AC circuit breaker is OFF before connecting high voltage wires (220-240 VAC) to the mains connector. «Test for proper operation. + If permissible, please use shielded wire for detectors and alarm devices connection, and buckle each wire out from panel to accessories or from anywhere outside of panel into the control panel by magnet ring. 2.2 Installing the cabinet Cabinets can be surface or flush mounted, See Figure 7 and Table 2 for framing and mounting dimensions. ‘To wall mount the cabinet: 1. Position the cabinet on the finished wall surface. 2. Connect the batteries with the supplied free lead and the Batteries to the power supply unit with the red (positive) and black (negative) wires. ‘Then fix them by two right-angle metal plate with muts, | ~/_{Pay attention to the colours of + and = wires) Figure 10 Bateries connection 2.5 Wires connection ‘Open the cabinet, a red 1 bit DIP switch on the top right of main board, dial it to left means “OFF, to right means “ON”. Keep it ON, It’s the internal switch of buzzer. Plug the 34 pin cable nto main hoard and interface hoard. For the interface hoard and main board communlestion, «Plug the 14 pin cable into zonal boards and interface board. For the interface board and zonal boards communication, 8 pin cable connect interface board with zone wise board, 0n the both sides of transformer, you can find 2 terminals, one with red wires, one is black. Plug the red wires terminal into the 2 pin socket of interface board. Black wires terminal into interface board. ‘The ast one Is the access 2 switch lock, you can find a loce with words “enable/ disable" on the panel beside main board, inside cabinet, 2pin terminal like a tail afte. Plug it into main board, Now all wires connect completely. All termine 2.6 Setting the ID 2.6.1 Setting main board 1D ‘At first, count how many zonal boards you have. It is easy to check if any LED has fault. Check off then you can only see a green power indicator lights from outside. ‘The following 2 minutes after boot, any fault or alarm from zonal board, will be regarded as voltage fluctuation. MCU resets automatic. Out ofthe 2 minutes, enter to standby mode, indicate any needful alarm. 3 Panel indication Whenever anything new happened (alarm or fault), if buzzer didn’t turned off by the 1 bit DIP switch, will give out alarm sound. China n 3.1 Main indication on main board 3.4.4 Fire alarm indication [At the top area of the panel is the main display. When enter to fire alarm, the red FIRE LED lights. If the outputs: Sounder, Fire protection/ Fire routing did not disabled or have any faults, red ACTIVE LED light. 3.1.2 Fault display on main board Any fault occurs, General Fault indicator lights. On the panel, main display area has 4 outputs: Sounder/ Fire protection/ Fire routing/ Fault routing, if all id not disabled, any fault indicates on the panel. Faults fll into short and open. On the left, other faults include mains fault/ battery fault/ earth fault/ fuse fault/ system fault. Mains fault: there is no mains power comes to panel. Pull mains plug up, check if wires connect hard. Or fuse is break on the EMI board. Of course, premise your lamp is lighting. Battery fault: there is no power comes from batteries. Check the battery switch on, if wires connected well. Of course, premise you have got 2 hatteries inside, If ll these ahove are OK, hatteries are too old ta supply power, change them, Earth fault: there are some points on PCBs contact to enclosure. Insure wires connected clearness. Fuse fault: the fuse on power hoard broken. Get it ont and put another one inside. System fault: open the door, check if every zonal board has a green LED flashing organized, Or if your 4 bits DIP switches are dialed correctly. 3.1.3 Disablement indication The 4 outputs, if anyone disabled, corresponding “disable” lights and “General Disable” lights. 3.1.4 Indication of operation Except 4 outputs, we have another 4 buttons: Test/ Reset/ Evacuate/ Silence, whieu touch off, the LED belongs to lights and trigger corresponding outputs, 3 nm ‘Zonal indie: Fvery zonal board has a working indicator, blink regularly when working normal. Each zone has 4 LEDs. As you see directly, it FIRE, red LED light means tiring. If fault, open or short lights. And if you switch the zone heing disablement, disable LED lights. 3.3 Inside indication On the power board, there are 2 indicators also. The right one is mains indicator, the other one is battery fault indicator. Only if batteries have faull can you see it, 4 Operation on the panel (need access level 2) Turn access level 2 switch lock to “enable’, allow control the panel now. 4.1 Access level ‘Access level 1: can inspect the panel only, any operation conductively closed. But ifyou are not professional, please don't do this! 4.2 Function of buttons on main board 4.2.4 Walle test It is “Test” word on the panel. Touch off this function, all indicators light one by one, for check if LED 4.2.2 Switches for disablement Al those switches are for outputs or zones disablement. If you don't want one of output active when should has, or some zones transtorming, just switch i, And touch off again for eancel. 4.2.3 Evacuation Enter to evacuation condition, acuive sounders and buzver. Evacuate indicator lights, Use the function for accessories connection test or quality detection, Touch off again for cancel 4.2.4 Panel Buzzer Silence Silence any voice from buzaer wher 4.2.5 Reset After one zone fire alarm condition, and there is no longer really fire in the zone.
