The SAMI MINISTAR drive product has been in the obsolete phase since the beginning of 2004 according to
the ABB lifecycle model outlined below.

2. SUPPORT AVAILABILITY FOR SAMI MINISTAR

During the obsolete phase ABB can not guarantee availability of product support within reasonable cost or
technically:
• Sale of SAMI MINISTAR parts is limited to available inventory.
• Sale of SAMI MINISTAR repair services is limited to component availability.

3. RECOMMENDED ACTION
It is recommended that SAMI MINISTAR drive product customers migrate to replacement products.
