The chairman in Brgy.Hibiscus planned to give an online

activity to the youth during quarantine. This is to let them stay at
home during quarantine. The qualified youth should be 12-18
years old. The activity is a short story writing contest with the
theme ‘’love and friendship’’. the winner will receive a trophy and
cash prize. The cash prize will be donated to the people in need
outside the barangay.
