Students do not submit financial documents as part of the university admission process. Once admitted, the student
uploads this form with supporting financial documents to ibearcatsglobal.uc.edu in order to obtain immigration documents
for their studies in the United States.

This form is also used during the student’s program if needing to update their sources of financial support on their
immigration document.
