School Memorandum

DESIGNATION ORDER AS OFFICER IN-CHARGE

TO: FLORA P. PUCHERO

Master Teacher I

1. In view of my sick leave on May 16-17, 2023 you are hereby designated as
OFFICER-IN-CHARGE on the said dates.

2. As such, you are authorized to sign communications, reports and documents

signed by the school head but with proper coordination with the school head except
MOOE liquidations documents.

3. A report should be made on what transpired during your incumbency as

Officer-In-Charge.

4. Wide and immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
