excellent performance of duty as personnel of the Office of the Director for

Communication, Electronics and Information Systems, 355 Aviation Engineer Wing
during the celebration of the 74th Founding Anniversary of the Wing on 13 October
2021.

2. Despite the simultaneous conduct of preparation for other activities

presided by Higher Headquarters, you were able to exceptionally fulfill your duty and
significantly contribute to the successful conduct of another major milestone in the
74-year history of the Wing. The activity, which was participated by other VIPs and
guests through video teleconferencing, was presided by no less than the Guest of
Honor and Speaker, the Commanding General, Philippine Air Force, LEUTINANT
GENERAL ALLEN T. PAREDES PHILIPPINE AIR FORCE. LTGEN PAREDES
congratulated the Wing for its accomplishments and urged the Beavers Family to
carry on with their exceptional performance of duty for peace and national
development.
