Why is it important to learn the fundamentals of swimming? And how

can you apply swimming to our daily lives?

For me, learning the fundamentals of swimming is important since swimming is

one of the many things that every person should be able to do. It is not enough to simply
know how to swim. Swimming is a skill that can be used for recreation, sports, medical
care, and, last but not least, surviving a natural disaster like a tsunami or flooding. I don't
know how to swim, but since the course I took was BSTM, which requires you to know
how to swim, then I should immediately learn how to do it correctly and properly like
criminology students. This is one of the advantages of, or rather, a piece of training for
people like me in a tourism course, and since I didn't learn how to swim, it's something I
should do and learn right away. We ought to learn more about the various aspects of
swimming that can be useful to us not only at work but also in unforeseen circumstances
that call for swimming abilities as well as medical treatments. During your trip or during a
natural disaster, for instance, if someone drowns, gets cramps, or sustains an accident,
you will know what to do and can provide the required first aid. Therefore, it is crucial to
learn this because it is one of the things that are significant in both professional and
medical aspects. The fact that swimming is the only sport that can actually save your
child's life is the main argument in favor of learning to swim.
Swimming is an important life-saving skill because drowning remains one of the
leading causes of unintentional death in people, particularly children. It also educates us
on how to stay safe near and in the water. Early instruction aids in the growth of physical
abilities like muscle tone and hand-eye coordination. Swimming is also good for your
child's heart and lungs. It can also increase flexibility and strength. Additionally, it offers
coordination, flexibility, range of motion, strength training, and cardiovascular activity.
Swimming is a great workout choice for people who are constantly on the go or who might
have injuries that prevent them from participating in outdoor activities. Swimming can be
done anywhere. Swimming may not seem like anything more than a recreational activity
to you, but it's a vital life skill that, in some circumstances, can literally save your life.
Everyone can enjoy swimming, but kids in particular find it appealing since they typically
enjoy making a splash in the water.
