I wish to complain about a fitness card that I purchased on February 12 from your gym. I am complaining because the fitness card doesn't work, keeping in mind I tried several times and again nothing . To resolve this problem I would like you to change my card with another one that works. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted with the person who gave me the card at your fitness, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because I paid for this card and I have never used your fitness. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
