all relevant records and all other relevant documents in respect of the aforesaid
property. My search report is as follows:
Originally the Aforesaid Property was Leased out to Nathu Lal Sharma by the JDA
i cred Lease deed dated 16/09/2015. This Lease deed was registered in
trar Jaipur -V on Book No.1, Vol No.881 Page No.27 Serial
No.2015397011606 Dated 22/09/2015. after it a Development agreement executed
Between Nathu Lal Sharma & M/s Abhishek Enterprises through Partner
Abhishek Katta in respect of the said Property on dated 10/03/2016. This
Collaboration Deed (Memorandum)/ Development Agreement was registered in
Sub registrar Jaipur-V on Book No.1, Vol No.906 Page No.121 Serial
No.201603019101928 Dated 14/03/2016. Now we understand that Nathu Lal
Sharma is the Present owner of the said Property
