Below you will find the new INUKA Wholesale and Recommended Retail Prices effective 7 April 2023 for collections & deliveries within the borders of South Africa
and Recommended Retail Prices for deliveries in SACU Countries. (Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, eSwatini).

SACU Wholesale Prices are, on average, 16.5% more than South African Wholesale Prices to account for customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges and
risks associated with delivering products into SACU Countries.

AFRICAN COUNTRIES EXCLUDING RSA & SACU COUNTRIES

Currently, INUKA does not ship products to destinations other than within South Africa and SACU Counties. Entrepreneurs from other African Countries can
purchase products at South African Wholesale Prices and request delivery within the borders of South Africa. Importing products to your chosen end destination will
be at your own cost and risk, including transport costs, customs duties, taxes, and other charges incurred in bringing the goods into your country of choice.

We strongly recommend that Members establish the impact of these overheads, taxes, and legislation determined by their government before importing products
and establishing the Retail Pricing in your country.

Recommended Retail Prices - RSA & SACU Countries

Members buy products at Wholesale Prices from INUKA and sell to their customers at Retail Prices. The difference between the price you
pay and the price you sell the product is your Retail Profit. INUKA offers Recommended Retail Prices to RSA & SACU country Members.
INUKA suggests a 50% Retail Profit. Based on the 50% Recommended Retail Profit, a R130 Wholesale Priced Product will retail for R195,
implying a R65 profit.
Explanation of Product Volume (PV) - also referred to as Point Value
A PV value is assigned to each product for the purpose of calculating your status level, monthly Volume Rebate and all Quarterly and
Annual Cash Rebates. No PV value is assigned to products and items which are not intended for re-sale such as Samples, Business
Tool Kit items and other Marketing Materials.
