Kindly find below for the Electrical Requirements:

- Substation
o MV room and LV room sizes and location are accepted with minimum height of 3.65
m.
o TX room 4.1 x 4.0 x 3.65 m are the minimum required dimensions.
o Internal Substation details will be provided later at design stage. 
- Electrical rooms
o At Ground and Typical floors
 The two rooms on the right and the left of the 2 elevators at the center of the building
are proposed to be Electrical rooms. 
 The walls in common with the wet areas shall be double walls. Kindly try to relocate
the sink located on the shared wall.
 Opening 1.5 x 0.3 m in each room. 
o At Basement 
 2 x 2.5m Electrical room is required preferably aligned with one of the electrical room
at upper floors. 
- Generator room 6.45 x 3.0 x 2.8 m minimum.
- Fire command center proposed room is accepted. 
- Ooredoo room 3.0 x 4.0 x 3.0 m minimum at Ground floor or 1st basement floor.
- ELV room 2.0 x 1.5 m is required at the center of the building at ground and typical
floors.
